Sales Associate & Sales Assistant Intern
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate with excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organisational skills to join our team. The candidate should have a strong background in contemporary art or experience in other luxury environments.
Primary responsibilities include sales, marketing and promotion of OPENART brand, services, and artworks, and generate new client leads relating to primary and secondary market. Candidate should be self-motivated, detail oriented, engage with the clients and close new sales, and maintain relationships with clients. There will be involvement in marketing strategies and campaigns, development of our online presence, update and oversight of some day to day functions. We are looking for someone who is polished and professional, enthusiastic, positive, collaborative and approachable.
Qualifications:
BA in Art History, Economics, Marketing or equivalent, or MA in Art History, Art Administration with a business background preferred. 1-2 years work experience in sales/marketing. Knowledge or experience in Asian contemporary art preferred but not required. Fluency in foreign language/s is a plus.
Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent, Excel, PowerPoint and fluency in social media platforms. (IG, Linkedin, FB).
Note: 3 month trial period for Associate position.

Marketing & social media | Project management
We are seeking a dynamic candidate for an internship in Marketing/Social Media & Project Management. The ideal candidate has a BA or MA, or working towards a degree in Art History, Marketing or Art Administration, who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and knowledge or experience of social media platforms. Excellent verbal and written communications, fluency in foreign language/s is a plus.
Will be supporting and working with the Director in social media strategies and implementation, and posts as well as working on exhibition projects, including day to day functioning of the advisory.
Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent, Excel, PowerPoint and fluency in social media platforms (IG, Linkedin, FB). Ability to create engaging visual and written presentations.

Internship:
Graphic design
We are seeking a dynamic candidate for an internship in Graphic Design. The ideal candidate has a BA or is working towards a degree in Graphic Design or Digital Design with Premiere Pro or Video experience preferred. He/she should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and has knowledge or experience building websites and working with all digital and print assets in Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communications.
Will be supporting and working with the Director for all marketing designs, newsletters and design campaigns for the advisory including creating assets for social media posts as well as working on all design aspects of the exhibition projects for OPENART.
Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or equivalent, Excel, PowerPoint and fluency in social media platforms. Ability to create engaging visual presentations.
